Everyday stresses are inevitable, most people say. Perhaps they are right. You may wake up one morning and realize you’re late for work. You have to prepare breakfast for the family and when you open the fridge, you see you have run out of orange juice. The children are fighting at the table, the little one is crying and your husband is asking you where his socks are. As you board the car, the gas tank is empty and so you decided to commute.
