Frigidity

This is a sexual condition, which is generally characterized when someone is unable to experience sexual pleasure through intercourse due to lack of sexual desire or responsiveness. This particular term, frigidity is generally used to describe this condition in women. Professionals will tell you that it is generally a psychological disorder that can stem from different fears, anxiety, guilt, depression or even feelings of inferiority. The majority of women who suffer from frigidity generally experienced a traumatic sexual encounter at a young age.

Many women may find the experience of intercourse to be painful due to a number of factors that may include an underlying illness, infection or the simple problem of inadequate stimulation. When this pain occurs it literally causes them to fear the act of intercourse and therefore the condition of frigidity can result. An underlying condition has been uncovered that can contribute to this condition, which is a vitamin deficiency. When a woman experiences a vitamin deficiency of any kind it can result in the improper production of estrogens and the lubrication needed to have comfortable intercourse.

There are a number of different natural supplements and herbs, which can help prevent frigidity and even help you recover from this condition without prescription medications.

  • Vitamin B complex helps calm the nervous system and can help reduce unnecessary anxiety. Vitamin B complex can be taken twice a day in dosages of 100 mg each time.
