EFT - EFT 2008

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a new therapy which can be used to reduce pain caused by disease and even prevent diseases altogether. It is basically an emotional version of acupuncture, without the needles. Using your fingertips you can stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping them. This is a therapy which can be used anywhere and is effective 100% of the time when used correctly. I should know because I use it on a daily basis as part of my regimen to maintain optimal health.

The cause of all negative emotions in the body is caused by a simple disruption in the energy system of your body. This is a therapy technique which can be used for just about any ailments or problems you may have, including emotional issues. All it takes is one or two sessions and you will find a new level of happiness in yourself and less pain for those suffering from diseases as well. Once you have experienced first hand how EFT can affect your emotional issues you will start to notice a decrease in headaches, back pain, clearer vision, etc. These are all everyday ailments that many people learn to live with, but EFT can be a simple and effective way to live without them.

Just as with any type of therapy, it is not 100% fool proof. There are people who do not find the results they are looking for and others who find their pain is too intense to even complete one EFT session. These are all real possibilities and patience is required to continue with the EFT sessions and get the results at a longer and slower rate, but experiencing the same results in the end.

Learning the therapy of EFT can be easier than you may imagine. There are many resources you can consult, both on and offline which offer step-by-step guides to using EFT in your everyday life. Among my personal favorites are Brad Yates and Gary Craig. You will learn the basic theory of EFT and the pressure points which are required to get in touch with the energy points required to make this therapy successful. Just as with any therapy, EFT has two different levels, beginner and advanced. This means that there is more to EFT once you have mastered the basics you are not done. You can experience the therapies of EFT on a higher level and experience results you may never have imagined.

Emotional Freedom Treatment is a holistic healing technique, which has been used for centuries. Our world today has become incredibly dependent on prescription medications and pills that may or may not even solve the problem they aim to. The medications of today can be incredibly addictive and the results will not be nearly as effective and long term as EFT can be. I personally use EFT upon awakening each day and it helps me to start my day off right. I highly recommend implementing EFT into your daily routine as well.
