nowrinkles

Wrinkles begin to form as the skin begins to lose its elasticity and begins to thin over time. When the skin is full of elasticity and supple whenever a line is formed on the skin it goes right back to place, however with age these lines will become deeper and deeper and turn into permanent wrinkles. Of course age is a big factor with wrinkles, but it is not the only factor. Although in our society today we do all that we can to avoid wrinkles, some degree of skin wrinkles are inevitable no matter what you try to do to prevent them. As we all begin to age, our skin cells begin to produce more and more free radicals that are normally removed by natural antioxidants within your system. Unfortunately as we age these natural antioxidants become in short supply.

The free radicals that are generated during this stage of the aging process are left unchecked. This allows them to cause damage to the proteins, DNA and cell membranes. Eventually these free radicals break down the collagen within the skin and as we all know collagen is the key to wrinkle free skin. The combination of all these destructive actions creates the formation of wrinkles. The first sign of wrinkles is generally seen around the areas of the skin with the most delicate tissue such as the corner of the eyes and the lines around our smiles. There are more factors involved that contribute to the onset of wrinkles and how extensive they appear to the eye. Some of these factors include your diet, facial expressions that have become habit, nutritional habits, stress, constant exposure to environmental pollutants, skin care habits and general lifestyle habits, such as smoking. Each of these can be prevented and avoided to help keep your skin young looking for longer.

There are many ways to naturally prevent the signs of aging and experience wrinkles that are less severe than others.

  • Primrose Oil is a great tool when it comes to healing skin disorders such as acne, dermatitis and wrinkles. Can be taken in dosages of 1,000 mg, 3 times a day.
  • Vitamin A is important to help the construction of new skin tissue and the healing of damaged skin tissue.
  • Vitamin B Complex is an anti-stress and aging vitamin.
  • Silica is a natural supplement that works to help keep your skin strong and promote elasticity throughout the aging process.
  • Vitamin C is important for the creation of collagen in the skin. This natural supplement can also help eliminate the free radicals that destroy the collagen needed to prevent early signs of wrinkles.
  • Pure Aloe Vera gel can be used to heal and moisturize the skin. Apply as directed.
  • As always, consume a healthy diet consisting of an adequate amount of raw fruits and vegetables. Quite possibly the best way to do this is through juicing as you will intake the maximum amount of nutrients.
  • Use natural skin care products that don't contain harsh chemicals.

As you can see, there are many natural ways you can keep your skin healthy and strong without having to pay for cosmetic surgery!
